value. If you would like to have your property appraised, you should contact
a local certified appraiser that is familiar with recent comparable sales
and the overall market for your area. We do not work on a contingency
fee or percentage basis. Any tax savings that may result from the work
that we perform is yours to keep year after year. We do not contact any
assessment or taxation officials on your behalf without having your prior
authorization. And finally, we are not attorneys. Knowing the assessment
profession as we do, we feel there are many alternatives to litigation.

Because of our combined 100+ years of experience in assessment administration, we know that it is very unproductive to have the assessor and the taxpayer placed in adversarial positions. We firmly believe that the concept of challenging your assessors judgment is totally unproductive. What most people don't realize is that the taxpayer and assessor are really on the same side and merely looking for a fair and equitable assessment. Quite often the problem is that one or both are lacking the information necessary to arrive at roughly the same conclusion and that is perhaps where we can help. Within

a package by Priority Mail which will include a property profile questionnaire
with a return postage-paid envelope, a Kodak MAX-HQ* camera with instructions

– Online Film Processing Upon receiving your completed property profile back from you and the photos from Shutterfly, we will compile a real property inventory and exemption report which we will maintain in our offices and make available to you by mail. Depending on the age, style, and location of your property, we may point out certain areas that have caused misunderstandings in the past between taxpayers and assessors and recommend ways we can help you to resolve these oversights or, if you would like, we will be happy to contact the assessor on your behalf to do this for you. Once we have collected all of this necessary information we will be happy to address all of your specific assessment and property tax related questions and concerns for the next twelve month period. For our compiling of the real property inventory records, the exemption eligibility report, and our year-long consulting and advisory service, we charge initial annual flat rate of $279 for the first year for each separately assessed parcel.
