Randy H. Deal, C.C.D.,has been a real estate broker in New York State since 1971. He specialized in working with property owners who felt they were being over-assessed. In 1986 he became a Director of Property Tax Services for Schuyler County, and then later, Madison County in upstate New York. During 1991-92 he was elected President of the NYS Real Property Tax Directors Association. Randy became an Assessor in 1995 and shortly after that launched the public service site of Assessor.com in 1997. Louis Meehan is our venerable farm specialist. For over 60 years Louis has been working on his dairy and crop farm in upstate New York. His background includes being a highly respected Assessor for 18 years, the Chairman of the County A.S.C.S. for 15 years, and on the Board of Directors of Farm Credit for 10 years. Louis brings his valuable common sense approach to everything he does and we are pleased to have his farming expertise in our group. Louis is currently a member of a Board of Assessment Review. |

Michael Wolak is our tax mapping specialist. Mike has worked as a "hands on" tax mapping supervisor during his 26 year tenure at an upstate County Tax Mapping Department. In that capacity he has worked on literally thousands of boundary line questions, done property inspections for County tax sales, and worked on coordinating town-wide revaluation projects. Mike is also currently the Chairman of a Local Board of Assessment Review. |
